Suddenly taken from us and passed away on 6th April 2021 aged 48. Dearly beloved wife to Simon, devoted mother to Rosalind and Caitlin, loving daughter to Nancy and Barry, much loved sister to David and Chris, doting grandmother to Charlie and Theo, proud aunty to Declan, Ellison, Chloe and Max, fierce friend and colleague to many, caring Dementia Champion to the residents at Westmorland Court and their families, whose lives she touched . Jacque will be laid to rest on Friday 23rd April 2021 at Arnside. Due to COVID, a private church service and interment will be held.
